Well I'm pretty sure walking is just around the corner. Check out this video of the busy guy at the playground, pushing his favorite toy and being distracted from it by an empty box of raisins.
This is how I have been spending Mondays! Just a few weeks ago he would only push it on his knees and now it's all about standing and walking. Great to have this for posterity. And to hang over his head when he is a teenager- threaten to show his friends.
Now he has even pushed other kids around the playground in that little red car. I love it when parents convince their kid to "share" by sitting in the car while Sasha pushes them. One father was sad when Sasha lost interest because then he had to bend his 6'2" frame almost to the ground to keep up the fun for his daughter.

ReplyDeleteThat is such a good video. Everything is SO HARD for a child, but they don't even know it. Isn't it crazy to think about?
