Both Moms tried to cut those bangs back. They were getting in his eyes and not looking so great. Who knew bangs were so hard to cut? We each in turn made a big gash and decided that we needed professional help. That's right, we paid someone $20 to cut baby hair. And it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Check out the GQ pose! He knows he looks fabulous. (I know you can't really see the short hair in this photo but the pose was too funny.)

Baby's First Haircut
Both Moms tried to cut those bangs back. They were getting in his eyes and not looking so great. Who knew bangs were so hard to cut? We each in turn made a big gash and decided that we needed professional help. That's right, we paid someone $20 to cut baby hair. And it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Check out the GQ pose! He knows he looks fabulous. (I know you can't really see the short hair in this photo but the pose was too funny.)

Oh, wow, a haircut! Did he wiggle and squirm or did he sit and just watch what was happening to him? Fabulous pose. What's QC stand for? Quality control? LOL All I can think of is GQ for the magazine. Did they just cut the front or did they go around the ears and do the back too? That must have been fun to be there to watch.

ReplyDeleteQC? Oops. I guess it does stand for quality control, but I meant GQ, as in Gentleman's Quarterly! Guess I've temped for too long, they're all about the "QC." Anyway, I'm fixing it. Blogger's perogative.
ReplyDeleteNo video footage of the bangs being mauled, thankfully. Too bad I forgot my camera for the professional cut-- he sat in a little red fire engine holding the steering wheel, alternately mesmerized by the TV in front of him and the toys she kept handing him to keep him distracted. He was very serious for the entire affair.
ReplyDeleteOMG!! How did I miss this blog entry?? SO cute! I kind of forgot that if you have a boy who has hair, you actually have to get haircuts! (well, you can pull a Ryder Hudson and have kind of creepy long hair down to his butt)
